I first met Kris from Fite N Fit when a friend of mine made me go to his bootcamp in the park. I was so un-fit I thought I was going to die! With just a little coaxing from Kris, he had me returning week after week. Soon I was seeing dramatic results which was so exciting.
In the 12 months leading up to my wedding, Kris helped me lose about 10kg.
I was very nearly falling out of my wedding dress, a problem that was very nice to have!
With so much weight gone, I not only looked fantastic for my wedding, I also have so much energy & have never felt healthier.

I have been training with Kris for the last three months and it has been a transforming experience for my well being.
When I started training I was getting over a depression and my GP advised me to find a personal trainer. I came to Fit ’N' Fite and I started to train with Kris. I have improved my fitness levels to amazing points, my self esteem has increased and I have lost fat and increased muscle.
In the past I have tried very hard to do exercise very unsuccessful, but with the help and hard work that I am doing, thanks to Kris' help; I have achieved in this short time goals that by myself I wouldn’t be able to do.

The atmospere in the studio is very friendly and unpretentious. We have a lot of laughs while I sweat it out.
I've learnt so much I can't begin to explain, I feel great, look better and mentally as well as physically am ready for lifes challenges. Kris has taught me how important it is to look after your body, neglect can cause problems at home and at work, it is your most important asset.
Kris provides me with challenges, encouragement and down to earth advice. He helped me get stronger and fitter, lose fat and gain muscle along the way. I have never been good at or liked exercise but now I look forward to my sessions.

It seems like forever that I've had the goal of being fit, healthy and happy. I have always envisioned how I wanted to look and how I would I feel when I acheived it, but due to lack of motivation and plenty of excuses I never accomplished it. Until I started training with Astrid at Fite 'N' Fit.
Now I couldn't be happier, and am well on my way to achieving all my goals and more. I feel very lucky to have found such a friendly, helpful and knowledgable personal trainer in Astrid. Every session she changes it up and keeps it interesting. It's never boring and I always feel great once I've finished (even though I am totally spent by then).
So anyone looking for a fantastic personal trainer should head on down to Fite 'N' Fit and ask for Astrid so you too can start feeling as great as I do.

I first started training with Kris on Saturday mornings at his group training sessions at Pine Rivers Park. My sister had been going for a while and kept telling me how much fun it was and how great it made her feel. Well she finally talked me into going and I haven’t looked back. This was nearly 12 months ago.
1 hour a week is easy to find. After a couple of weeks I started to feel the benefits of the sessions and Louise and I decided to up our exercise regime. We started doing 1 aqua aerobics session a week. Then we decided to make more time for ourselves and do another aqua session a week.
In November last year Kris had a 6 week body blitz challenge. Now I was doing 1 hour on Saturday mornings, 1 hour personal training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings after work and aqua on Monday and Wednesday evenings after work. I found it quite hard to juggle work, family and training, but as it was only for 6 weeks I was prepared to make a small sacrifice. The small sacrifice paid off in full. I was so proud of the figure I had for the Christmas party season. Friends and colleagues who hadn’t seen me for a while were blown away by how I looked.
I know I put the hard yards in, but none of this would have been possible without Kris. He was there every step of the way with great training and encouragement. Kris made the training sessions enjoyable and varied the exercises and I always look forward to training.
As I am approaching 50 years old, I know that with Kris’s help I will be a young, healthy and fit 50.
It’s easy to say “I haven’t got the time” but it’s not that hard to find the time, stop making excuses, and feel great.
