I have been training with Kris for the last three months and it has been a transforming experience for my well being.

When I started training I was getting over a depression and my GP advised me to find a personal trainer. I came to Fit’N Fite and I started to train with Kris. I have improved my fitness levels to amazing points, my self esteem have increase and I have lost fat and increase muscle.

In the past I have tried very hard to do exercise very unsuccessful, but with the help and hard work that I am doing, thanks to Kris help; I have achieved in this short time goals that by myself I won’t be able to do.
